Candlelight Winter Yoga: Sunday Evenings

We’ve come into the darkest days of the year. Indulge yourself in a beautiful and gentle yin style candlelight yoga that relaxes the body and nourishes the soul… just in time to create a beautiful light within yourself in the darkness of winter. Nestle into Sunday evening in a loving way. You will feel pampered and replete: Body, Mind, and Spirit.

We’ll begin with silent meditation, and move to guided gentle yoga that will incorporate your own pace, at your own level. We’ll finish with a final relaxation meditation to relax each and every part of your body, mind, and spirit. This is all about feeling good, letting the stress melt away, and taking time for your Self. The results? You will feel relaxed and serene, and able to move into your week with equanimity and grace.

All bodies welcome, all levels welcome. No experience necessary. Space is limited to eight participants at this time. Reservations required. We have yoga mats, or you can bring your own
